Technicians´ interface

There is a special interface for technicians that helps (not only) bigger companies to better manage the work and schedule of individual technicians: Technicians do not have unlimited access to the system. They have access to this interface only. In it, they can see all the work that has been assigned to them, along with all the details that are necessary for them to complete the assigned tasks.

In the full installation of ISPadmin, you can set access credentials for your technicians in Settings Administrators Technicians.

In the Rights section, you may specify to which tabs and options individual technicians have access.

Technicians can log into their interface in the same way that they can log into the ISPadmin installation - using their username and password.

After login, the following tabs are available (if they are allowed in the Rights section):

Tasks

Tasks assigned to the logged-in technician. If a particular client service is assigned to a task, its name, IP address, MAC address etc. will be displayed. Additionally, detailed traffic graphs icon graph will be displayed in the case of an Internet service.

icon edit Edit a task

Contracts and documents are displayed that the administrator adding the task to ISPadmin appended to it. A technician may fill in the Note field and then   close a task. If any documents are requested, a technician has to insert them into the Requested documents field before closing a given task.

Clients

Technicians may fulltext search in this tab. You can set the minimum number of characters that must be entered before it is possible to use the function. If a technician is allowed to accept cash payment, they can match a given payment with a particular unpaid invoice by clicking on icon money accept.

Cash box

Here you can see a list of cash payments received by the logged-in technician.
