Email

You can send bulk emails to clients from this page. In this way, it is possible to quickly and easily reach out to a large number of people. That can be useful when you want to inform them of something important.

First, choose a template for bulk emails. Email templates can be created in Settings Other E-mail. You may use system variables in the templates.

You can choose to whom a given email will be sent with the help of the following filters:

  • Active service
  • Router locations
  • Clients’ locations
  • Router
  • Router (clients connected to AP)
  • For offline routers only / Include all dependent routers
  • Internet tariff
  • Client group
  • Status
  • Contract ends in
  • Invoice group
  • Invoicing period
  • Client type
  • Client detail
  • Returned contract
  • Payment type

You can combine the filters in various ways.

When you click on Show appropriate contacts, a list of clients will appear that fulfill given criteria.

Enter the subject of a given bulk email into the Subject field. Again, you can make use of system variables.

Either choose one of your system emails (Invoicing Department, Administrator ...) from the Sender drop-down menu or enter a new one (Enter custom email).

Select one of the client emails (Default email, Invoicing email, Technical email, Business email) from the Send to drop-down menu.

You can add up to 5 attachments to a given email - the File items. There is a certain size limit for attachments in the system configuration - most frequently around 8MB. If you want to increase this limit, contact our technical support at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

In the Priority item, choose the priority that will be assigned to the email during sending (Low, Normal, High).

Create the email body itself using the built-in editor.

Finish the process by clicking on Send.
