On this page, you can create templates of emails. Using email templates with system variables in them represents an easy, quick and cheap way of informing your clients of anything important. You can send an individual email to any of your clients from the Client card or you can send bulk emails from Other Bulk E-mail.
A new template of emails can be added by clicking on + Add new template. Enter its name, the subject and the text itself. Then click on Save. In the overview, individual templates can be edited and
deleted. Furthermore, by clicking on
or
, you can set which template will be the default one for:
- sending invoice emails (the Default column),
- sending emails informing clients about contracts that will soon expire (the Ending contract column),
- sending emails to clients who have forgotten their password to the Client portal (the Forgotten password to CP column),
- sending emails with new request (the New request column), and
- sending emails about cancellation (the Cancellations column).
Examples of how you can use email templates: informing clients about discounts, asking clients to send their new addresses, notifying clients of planned outages.
