This is an overview of all client´s active services. Clients will be able to check their correct setup. There are also configuration data available here, such as IP address, DNS servers, which may be used for setup of own devices.

Some service information may differ from each other. Information on price, installation address, and invoicing period are available for all services but some information is available for certain service type. E.g. information such as speed, IP address, DNS servers, gateway, and mask is only available for the Internet service.

For Internet service, aggregation is displayed next to the tariff name. You may turn it off in Settings Syst. settings Client portal, ID ci_display_tariff_agregation.

For Internet service, click on Data transferred to display the amount of received/sent data per period. Click on to display the data overviews per day.

If a client uses more IP addresses such information will be displayed in the Client portal.

You may change what items will be displayed here by setting them up in Settings System Settings Client Portal.
