Allowed Pages

On this page, you can add webpages that clients are allowed to access even when their service has been suspended. In this way, you can make exceptions for certain important servers. For example, you may allow access to your website so that clients can find all the necessary contact and payment details there. Or you may allow access to the websites of certain financial institutions. Those clients whose service has been suspended because they are non-payers can make an online payment through the website of their bank (even though access to other websites is blocked). If a given client pays their debts, the ISPadmin system will automatically allow them to access the internet.

alert icon Bear in mind that if you add certain links to an info page (for example, to the info page for clients with viruses, you add links to webpages with reinstall instructions or with rules for safe browsing or links to the websites of companies that should be able to help clients to eliminate the viruses), you have to add these to the list of allowed webpages.

You can add allowed webpages to the system by clicking on . Enter the name of a given page, its description and the IP address of the server. Finish the process by clicking on Save.

There is a table at the bottom of each info page that contains information about allowed webpages. The IP addresses of the servers entered here are allowed in the firewall, which means that access to them is not blocked.

Already existing allowed webpages can be icon edit edited or icon check ko grey deleted. When you delete one of the items, the corresponding firewall rule will be changed and access to the webpage in question will be blocked again.

icon info2 IP dle DNS column is automatically generated based on the domain name entered. This will help in cases when entered IP address ceased to be valid. Both IP addresses will be written to a router in case of any difference. The address is updated once a day.
