Calendar

Calendar provides you overview of tasks for Scheduling module.

Calendar display

Tasks are displayed graphically in the calendar, type of which you can change: Week Day. Currently active calendar is highlighted in

You can list through the days using . Click on Today to display current day.

 

Work with tasks

When you hover over a task, its description will be displayed. Solved task is highlighted in You have the following options:

 

Task header Click on the header to display task preview.
Client Click on client's name, if present, to display Client card.
Show Task editing page will be displayed.
Delete It will delete the task and record this action to (Statistics History History, Scheduling section > Tasks > Removed records)
icon pdf1 Service message - click on the icon to display a list, which you can print out for a technician.

 

Re-scheduling

Drag a task in the calendar to re-schedule it. In Day calendar, you can drag a task to re-schedule it, or expand it to extend the time needed for the task, or move it to another technician.

 

Technician menu

In Day calendar, click on technician's name to open the following menu:

Show Daily plan It displays technician's daily schedule in PDF.
Show Daily plan with finished tasks only It displays technician's daily schedule, incl. finished tasks.
Send Daily plan It sends technician´s daily schedule to his email.
Show Weekly plan It displays technician's weekly schedule in PDF.
Send Weekly plan It sends technician´s weekly schedule to his email.
Show Service intervention It displays technician´s tasks scheduled for current day.
Send Service intervention It sends scheduled tasks to technician´s email.

 

Side menu

 

Click on a day in the calendar to display tasks for the day only. Click on Today to display a list of today´s tasks.
Click on technician's name to select those you wish to exclude from the calendar (name will be greyed out). Click on the name again to highlight it in and to include in the calendar. The selection is stored for each administrator separately.
