Items from Inventory

On this page, you can see the goods that have already been assigned to a given client. You can also assign new goods (assign tech green Assign items), move goods (assign tech turn) and transfer goods to pending items (using checkboxes + icon money Move selected goods to pending items on invoice).

Overview of available functions:

assign tech green Assign items

  • First, you have to find the goods that you want to assign to a client using the filters offered (Invoice group, Supplier, Group of goods, Type of items, Status) and/or the fulltext search function. When you click on the Search button, a list of goods is displayed that match the selected criteria.
  • For every item, you can set the number of units that you want to assign to a client and the sale price.
  • You may then finish the process by clicking on assign tech green.
assign tech turn
  • When you click on this icon, a page will appear with all the types of stores to which you can move the goods.
  • You may edit the number of units that you want to be transferred and the entry date and time. You can also add a note to a given transfer.

icon money Move selected goods to pending items on invoice

  • Mark the desired goods with the help of checkboxes and then transfer them to pending items by clicking on icon money Move selected goods to pending items on invoice.
  • If any particular goods have been transferred to pending items, the icon check ok icon is displayed in the corresponding row. When you hover over this icon, an info box will appear informing you of the transfer and of when it happened. Those goods that have already been transferred cannot be transferred again. If any particular goods have not been transferred, the icon check ko is displayed in the corresponding row.

  • By clicking on this button, you can create a new contract, to which goods from Inventory can be added. Goods can be added to contracts in the following way:
