IPEX

This page provides an overview of mobile service imports.

You have to activate communication with the IPEX exchange and them fill the following items in Settings Syst. Settings General:

  • ipex_import_mobile_service - set to “1”
  • voipex_username - the username used to log into the exchange
  • voipex_password - the password used to log into the exchange

If the access details are set correctly, a list of calls from the exchange will be downloaded automatically (within 15 minutes).

The overview of imports is segmented into individual months. The buttons above the table allow you to choose which year you want to view. The overview provides the following information:

  • Month
  • Number of records
  • Number of minutes (= the total duration of all calls)
  • Price
  • Matched
  • Unmatched

Furthermore, you can view details about a particular month (icon lupa) or download data for a given month again (icon refresh green).

The following data can be found on the details page: individual users of mobile service, their numbers, the number of their calls, the duration of their calls and prices. You can search the table by name and telephone number (the Search button). You may return to the default state by clicking on the Reset button. When you click on the name of a particular client, you will be taken to their Client card. The list of calls itself can be displayed by clicking on icon lupa.

In it, the following details are shown for each item:

  • Date and time
  • Called (number)
  • Description
  • Number of sec. (the duration of a given call)
  • Price

You can search the list by called number (the Search button). You may return to the default state by clicking on the Reset button.

icon info2 If you have added a Mobile service correctly, the Call list button will appear in the Active services / Mobile section of the Client card. When you click on it, a detailed list of calls for this number will show up.
