Send invoice

Templates	Define email templates in Settings Other E-mail templates. Or you can send an individual email without pre-defined template.
Subject	You can define it in templates, or change it here.
Email	Email is pre-filled automatically from Client card. You can change it here.
Mark Invoice as Sent	Selected Not selected When invoice is marked as sent, it is excluded from other invoices that are intended for bulk sending.
File	Outgoing invoice is automatically attached, or use this option to attach more files.
Email body	You can use plain text or HTML format for email text. Formatting a text is similar to common text editors.
Send SMS	You can also send an alert SMS along with the email.
SMS template	Define SMS templates in Settings Other SMS templates Or you can send an individual SMS without pre-defined template.
Text of SMS	Length of one SMS is 160 characters. You may also use system variables.

Search	Searching required information is possible either via structured menu which is divided into sections, or via full-text search of the entire contents of this on-line documentation.
