VoIP Import

 

On this page, you can import lists of VoIP calls to the system.

 

How to proceed:

 

  1. Choose the file you want to import.
  2. Select a particular service type from the drop-down menu. When you click on the icon info2 icon, a page will appear with examples of import files for specific services.
  3. Set a markup.
  4. Specify whether prices on the list include/exclude VAT.
  5. Enter the file into the system by clicking on the Import button.

 

The overview provides the following information:

 

  • Period
  • Import date
  • No. of rows
  • Total price
  • Matched
  • Unmatched

 

Details of individual imports can be found in Other Import VoIP overviews. You can find Imported lists of calls for a specific client in the Client card in the Active services / VoIP section: Click on the Call list button in a VoIP service of your choice.
