On this page, you can create templates of SMS messages. Using SMS templates with system variables in them represents an easy, yet more expensive (when compared with emails) way of informing your clients of anything important. The advantage of using them lies in the fact that they allow you to inform your clients immediately and independently of an Internet connection. You can send an individual SMS message to any of your clients from the Client card or you can send bulk SMS messages from Other Bulk SMS.

A new template can be added by clicking on + Add new template. Enter its name and the text of the message itself and finish the process by clicking on Save. In the overview, templates can be edited and deleted. You have to choose one of them as the default one for the system ().

Examples of how you can use SMS templates: informing clients about discounts, asking clients to send their new addresses, notifying clients of planned outages.
