Cancellations

 

In this section, you can create a list of reasons for terminating contracts and a list of ways of terminating contracts. The reasons for and ways of contract termination entered here can then be used in the Client card in the Cancellations section when you are adding/editing contract terminations. They can also be used as one of the possible filters in Statistics Client stat. Cancellations (Only clients with a particular reason for / a particular way of contract termination will be displayed).

 

 

On this page, you can add, edit and delete reasons for terminating contracts. The reasons entered here can then be used in the Client card in the Cancellations section when you are adding/editing contract terminations. They can also be used as one of the possible filters in Statistics Client stat. Cancellations (Only clients with a particular reason for contract termination will be displayed).

 

A new reason can be added by clicking on . Enter Name (= reason) and click on Save.

 

In the overview, you can icon edit edit and icon check ko grey delete individual items.
