The overview provides the following details: the telephone number to which a particular message is to be sent (the name of the client to whom this number is assigned is given in parentheses), the text of that message and the time when it was saved to the system. You can remove individual SMS messages from the queue by clicking on .

If there is not a single item in the table, it means that there is not a single SMS message in the queue (all of them have already been sent). If there are some items in the table, you can batch delete them by clicking on Delete all NOT sent SMS from queue.
