VOIP Asterisk

ISPadmin supports Asterisk VoIP PBXs. The system automatically (periodically) downloads data from the PBX and saves them to the database. For each client using VoIP, there is a detailed overview listing all their calls.

A new PBX can be added by clicking on . Enter the IP address, description, username and password to the SQL database. If you want the system to immediately try to connect to the PBX, check the active box. If you want to only add all PBXs to the system and activate them later, leave the active box unchecked. Finish the process by clicking on Save. In the overview, individual PBXs can be icon edit edited and icon delete btsp deleted.

There are two further icons ( / ) that signalize whether a particular PBX is online or offline and whether it is possible to access the SQL database or not.

You have to allow access to the SQL database on the PBX for ISPadmin to be able to download data about phone calls made. If you do not set up access to the SQL database correctly, data about calls will not be displayed. Charges for individual calls are calculated on and imported from the PBX. If a given client has a VoIP service and their phone number has been entered correctly, a detailed overview of all phone calls can be displayed by clicking on the relevant icon.
