Templates
Here you can define what a notification will look like.
When entering the text/the subject of a notification, you can make use of system variables (displayed on the right side of the page).
A given template can then be used in the following two ways:
- Outage notification: It is used when a device is DOWN/UP.
- Critical PING notification: It is used when there is a problem with packet loss rate.
You can set a particular template as the default one by clicking on 
if you have not already chosen another template for a given group.
