This page provides an overview of clients that are ready to be disconnected or are already disconnected.

Choose from the drop-down menu the group that you want to view (Clients ready to disconnect / Already disconnected clients).

In the table, the following details can be seen for both groups: Client number, Client, Service name, Connected from, Address, Tariffs, Price per month, Balance, Disconnection date, Number of days, Authorized by and Disconnected by. For the Clients ready to disconnect group, there are two more options available: reconnect and disconnect physically. There are no such options for the Already disconnected clients group.

When you click on the iconopen icon, you can configure which columns are to displayed in the table and which columns are to be printed.

Data can be sorted by a particular column by clicking on its header.

If you click on the name of a client, you will be redirected to their Client card.

You can search the list with the help of the Search button. You can return to the default state by clicking on the Reset button.

When you click on the icon pdf1Print button, the system will generate a list of disconnected clients in PDF format.
