Disconnected

This page provides an overview of clients that have been removed from the list of active clients (using the Delete client button in the Client card). These clients are kept separately from active clients. Even after they have been removed, you have access to information about their accounts, settings, services and invoices. You can use these data later on when you need to prove something, when you are handling their complaints or when you want to reconnect one of these clients after their return from the competition. You can delete them for good by clicking on the icon delete btsp icon in a particular row. If you want to restore a certain client, click on their name in the overview. Their Client card will appear. Click on Restore client.

You can sort the entries in the overview by a particular column by clicking on its header. Further, you can filter the entries based on the following criteria:

  • Invoice group
  • Client group
  • Client status
  • Payment method
  • Location
  • Client detail

You may also perform a fulltext search on the list. If you want to return to the default state, click on Reset.
