Technicians

On this page, you can add, edit and delete technicians. There is also an overview of all existing technicians here. The following details are in the overview: Name, Login name, Email, Phone and Address.

icon info2 Technician may use Technicians´ interface.

A new technician can be added to the system by clicking on . In the Personal data section, enter their name, address, login and contact details. In the Primary locations section, define which locations they are responsible for. You can assign more locations to a single technician. In the Secondary locations section, you can assign further locations to a given technician. This technician may then be called upon to step in for the technician who is normally supposed to take care of problems in that locality (the latter is unavailable for some reason). This classification of technicians by the assigned locality is then used when you are planning tasks for them. The locations that are displayed when you are adding a technician can be edited in Settings Code lists Locations. In the Rights section, you may define whether a given technician is allowed to handle tasks, client data and the cash box. You can save the settings by clicking on Save.
