Bulk
On this page, you can bulk generate contracts (in PDF format) from the templates that you have saved to the system. You can also find here an overview of bulk-generated contracts. In the Client card, bulk-generated contracts can be identified according to the icon displayed in the Bulk contract column - 
.
+ Create bulk contract for more clients
If you want to bulk generate contracts, you have to choose a contract template and select clients for whom the contract is to be generated using the predefined filters (Active service, Tariff, Invoice group, Client group, Client status).

| Contract type | It can be set in Settings Contracts Types. |
| Template | It can be set in Settings Contracts My templates - you can make use of system variables in a template. |
| Description | Your own description of a bulk-generated contract |
| Active service | The active service filter - the active service for which a bulk-generated contract is made. The number of contracts generated = the number of instances of a given active service in a given client. |
| Tariff | The Tariff filter. This option appears only after you have selected a particular active service. |
| Invoice group | The Invoice group filter |
| Client group | The Client group filter |
| Client status | The Client status filter |
Overview of bulk-generated contracts
- In the overview, you can see who generated these contracts and when.
- You can also have the system show you all the clients for whom such a contract was generated - by clicking on the number in the Number of contracts column.
- When you click on
/
, a given contract will appear. - When you click on Reload, the listed contracts will be generated again. This might be useful, for example, when a certain contract template has been changed.
