Documents
This is a list of all client´s documents. Insertion date, name, size, and notes are displayed for each file. Click on file name to download it.
Documents may be inserted into the system by clicking on + Add document in Documents section in Client card. Just select a requested file and determine, whether to display it in Client portal, or not. If the Show in Client portal option is left unchecked, the file will not be shown in Client portal.
You can also display documents from Other Documents. Again, the Show in Client portal option must be checked.
This tab may enabled/disabled in Settings System Settings Client Portal, ID ci_display_documents_tab.
