By period
This page provides an overview of accruals arranged by invoicing period.
You can filter here according to year, month, invoice group or invoice type.
The overview contains the following information:
- Invoicing period
- Quantity
- Total excl. VAT
- VAT
- Total incl. VAT
You can export the overview of accruals to PDF by clicking on 
pdf.
The statistics for individual services can be displayed by checking the View Statistics by Service box.
Details about a particular period can be displayed by clicking on 
. The page contains information about clients, their invoices and accruals on those invoices. Again, these data can be exported to PDF.
By invoices
On this page, you have an overview of accruals arranged by invoices.
You can filter here according to year, month, invoice group or invoice type.
The overview contains the following information:
- Client
- Variable symbol (VS)
- Specific symbol (SS)
- Total
- Breakdown of the total by invoicing period
When you hover over a concrete name, details of a given client will appear. When you hover over a concrete variable symbol, details of a given invoice will appear.
You can export the overview to CSV (by clicking on 
Export to CSV) or to PDF (by clicking on Display in PDF).
