
Cash Book
On this page, you can manage the cash book. The cash book is used to keep a record of income and expenses.
New items can be added by clicking on + Add records to the Cash book. Complete the form with all the necessary data:
- Cash book category
- Cash book group
- Invoice group
- Income / Expense
- Amount
- Description
- Number of receipt
- Date
Items can be removed by clicking on the icon in the last column of the table.
The overview itself contains the following information:
- Cash book category
- Cash book group
- Invoice group
- Description - It includes the name of the client concerned.
- Number of receipt
- Date
- Income / Expense
- Amount
- Subtotal
- Inserted by
- Total
You can filter the overview according to the following criteria:
- Year
- Month
- Invoice group
- Cash book category
- Cash book group
- Income / Expense
You can export the cash book to PDF by clicking on Print cash book.
