
Info Page
Info pages are used to notify clients of suspension of their internet service. The client whose service has been suspended can see only the predefined info page that contains the text you have entered (for example: information about the reason for suspension of service, information about where the client in question is supposed to turn to for help). These info pages are displayed only to those clients who service has been manually (by you) or automatically (by the system - for example: non-payers) suspended. Instructions on how to set up the suspension of service function can be found here.
Each reason for suspension of service has its own info page, which you can create in Settings Info Page Profiles. Which page is displayed to a client depends on the reason for suspension you have chosen in their Client card in the Active services section.
For this function to work correctly, it is necessary to do the following:
- In Settings Syst. settings General, enter the IP address of the server into the server_ip key.
- In Settings Syst. settings Mikrotik, set the mikrotik_nat_disable_users key to 1.
- In Settings Info Page Profiles, create an info page with the help of the built-in WYSIWYG editor.
