Outages

This page is used to keep a record of scheduled outages on individual devices (e.g. for the purposes of maintenance).

When you access the Client card, the system checks whether there is any device scheduled to experience a planned outage. If there is such a device, a warning message is shown.
Scheduled outages can be displayed in the Dashboard widget.

 

Title A description of an outage
Device type Choose either Router or Switch
Router/Switch Choose from the menu the device that will be affected by this outage.
Include dependant devices When you check this box, information about the planned outage will also be displayed in devices connected to a given router/switch. The same applies to end devices.
Outage start/end Outage start/end - outages are displayed within a time period delimited by these two time points.

Colours
