Info Page

 

Info pages are used to notify clients of suspension of their internet service. The client whose service has been suspended can see only the predefined info page that contains the text you have entered (for example: information about the reason for suspension of service, information about where the client in question is supposed to turn to for help). These info pages are displayed only to those clients who service has been manually (by you) or automatically (by the system - for example: non-payers) suspended. Instructions on how to set up the suspension of service function can be found here.

 

Each reason for suspension of service has its own info page, which you can create in Settings Info Page Profiles. Which page is displayed to a client depends on the reason for suspension you have chosen in their Client card in the Active services section.

 

For this function to work correctly, it is necessary to do the following:

 

 

Overview and history of service suspensions

 

  • Clients Internet + the Details - Suspended Client filter: an overview of clients with their service(s) suspended
  • Statistics History History: Clients / Client card / Services / Internet / / the Auto-Suspended item: the history of automatic service suspensions by the Invoicing module

 

Profiles

 

In this section, you can create info pages for various situations using the built-in WYSIWYG editor. You will be able to choose from these profiles when you are in the process of manually suspending clients’ services.


The first three profiles (Not set, Non-payer, Unregistered) are strictly defined. You cannot change their names. They are used mainly by the system. Other profiles can be set up and named according to your needs (e.g. Spammer, Hacker, Pornography).


On the page of each of these profiles, there is also a list of allowed pages that clients can access even when their service has been suspended.
