
Notifications
When an invoice is settled, it is possible to send a notification (email, SMS) to the client informing them of the fact that their payment has been correctly matched with the corresponding invoice. You can set up notification templates on this page.
In the Client card, you can activate/deactivate the sending of notifications to individual clients.
On this page, you can add, edit , or delete
templates of pending items.

Name | The title or short description of a template |

Invoicing group | It is possible to filter notifications according to invoice group. You can always choose a particular invoice group for which a given notification template will be used. If no invoice group is given, then the notification template is question is used for all clients in all invoice groups. If you choose a particular invoice group, then the notification will be automatically sent only to all the members of a given invoice group. |
Client group | Each client can belong to a group. Examples: Company Employees, VIP etc. Set groups in Settings Code lists Clients Client groups |
Client status | Client´s status. You may sort clients by this status. Examples: Connected, Disconnected, Restricted, Normal, Gamer, Downloader, Spammer, Dodger. Set status in Settings Code lists Clients Client status |

E-mail subject | The subject of an email It is not used in the case of SMS notifications. |
E-mail text | With the help of the supplied HTML editor, you can create your own notification texts. You can make use of system variables while doing that. |

Text of SMS | In the case of SMS notifications, the system shows how many characters there are in a given notification and the number of SMS messages the text will have to be divided into. In this way, you can optimize the number of SMS messages sent. You can make use of system variables here. |
