Client totals are not displayed in statistics

Client statistics (Statistics Client statistics) are generated on the first day of month. Therefore, you will be able to see the statistics for current month on the first day of subsequent month.

This concerns those of you who have just implemented the system and have no data from previous month, or such a problem may occur in case your server was down on the first day of month causing the statistics script fail to run.

How to fill in a gap in IP address range

Prior to implementing ISPadmin you might have been connecting clients manually which leads to problems with free IP addresses after disconnected clients (that’s why the gaps in address range). Now, when using ISPadmin, you may be wondering how to fill in these gaps easily.

The system looks after address collisions. So you cannot assign one IP address to more clients. If some addresses are assigned to clients in a range, the system skips them and works with the first unused one. This way it is possible to easily fill in gaps in IP rage - free address blocks. If you set up automatic assignment of IP addresses the system starts from the first unused and carries on offering other unused addresses. If it detects a used one, skips it and offer next empty one from another gap.

ISPadmin also enables manual assignment of IP addresses. You can use this functionality if you have assigned your clients or you want to assign IP addresses manually. So if you assign all requested IP addresses manually you can switch back to automatic assignment which enables you to fill in gaps in the range. You may display overview of assigned IP addresses in Statistics IP Ranges.
