This tab provides you with an overview of goods and devices in the system.

The following details are available in the overview:

  • Invoice group
  • Supplier
  • Type of items
  • Description
  • Barcode
  • Serial number
  • MAC
  • Quantity
  • Purchase price (EUR incl. VAT / unit)
  • Sale price (EUR incl. VAT / unit)
  • Client status

In Settings Syst. settings Inventory, you can make some of the columns in the overview visible/invisible.

Data in the table can sorted by invoice group, supplier, group of goods, type of goods, description, barcode, serial number, MAC address, purchase price or sale price. You may specify by which column the data should be sorted: by clicking on a particular item in the header of the table (one click - data arranged in ascending order, two clicks - data arranged in descending order).

You can set the maximum number of items that can appear on a single page with the help of the central_store_paging parameter in Settings Syst. settings Inventory.

Further, the following options are available:

icon add Add goods
  • Add goods - When you click on this button, the Presets form will appear at the top of the page. You can enter into it data from an invoice/bill of delivery (the number of items on an invoice, invoice number, delivery note number, invoice date). Then, click on the Continue button. Another form will appear into which you can fill in all the details of the goods being added (group of goods, type of items, description, unit of measure, purchase price, sale price, barcode, serial number, MAC, invoice group, warranty). In Group of goods, Type of items and Supplier, it is possible to add new items to the respective code lists by clicking on the icon add icons next to the fields in question. So there is no need to go to Settings Code lists Inventory. You can enter data into the Barcode field this way: Click inside this field and load a barcode with the help of a USB barcode reader. The Warranty column: The preset warranty period is 24 months. You can change the period with the help of the central_store_warranty parameter in Settings Syst. settings Inventory. When the form is being saved to the system, all MAC addresses and serial numbers are checked for possible duplicates. MAC addresses have to be absolutely unique. Serial numbers have to be unique within each type of goods. Goods can be added to the system even when their respective MAC addresses or serial numbers are not filled in. At the end of each row, there is the copy icon that may be used to copy the contents of a given row to the next row. Furthermore, when you want to add a great quantity of the same item, you can click on the icon import icon and copy the contents of the first row to all the other rows.
